With the transition to Summer comes the most yang time of the year, come balance this active energy with a grounding yin yoga and acupuncture workshop. We will take you through a meditative yin practice that allows for the deepest muscle and connective tissue to open up. This will be followed by an extra long savasana where specifically chosen acupuncture points will be used to harmonize our bodies with the change of season.
