This 2-hour workshop focuses on hip flexibility! For most of us, we spend 80% of the day either sitting, standing, or moving in one plane of direction (walking forward). But the hip joint is made for so much more rotation. In this workshop, we will move through 4 segments of exercises to not only increase flexibility but also to build strength for healthy stretching and a strong yoga practice.
Front Hip Flexors
Quads & Hamstrings
Outer hips (abductors)
Inner thighs (adductors)
The goal of this workshop is for you to learn and take the exercises and methods that we will introduce into your yoga practice.
