This 2-hour workshop focuses on opening up your heart, which in turn will open up your mind to the many possibilities yet to be unlocked from within yourself. “Back-bending” really isn’t so much about bending your back, but more so about opening up the various structures around it. We will move through this workshop in 3 segments introducing various conditioning exercises to not only increase flexibility but also to build strength for healthy stretching
