Workshop will be very interactive by design; at the top of the session, you can bring any questions or concerns about the biggest blocks/challenges you experience around building arm balances.
We will then discuss what it actually takes to build a strong arm balance. From there we will move through a specially designed flow that begins with targeted, core-based work, followed by sequencing which builds in intensity, allowing you to experiment with and work through many arm balance variations. Together we will explore variations such as crow, flying crow, side crow, eka pada koundinyasana A & B, and astavakrasana. Session is designed to meet you wherever you are.
