Find a powerful, modified yoga practice that carries you through the journey to motherhood. Work with your breath, empower your body, and open your mind and heart. Allow yourself to drop in to your practice fully with a wide range of modifications offered and lots of props available. This class is here to relieve stress, ease physical discomfort, develop strength and build confidence - all preparing your body for labor, birth and healing postpartum. Partners are welcome. Class takes place in a non heated room.
