  • hot yoga revolution (map)

The Mala is a strand of beads traditionally used for counting during meditations. Today, many yogis wear their Mala as a necklace or bracelet as a reminder of their personal and spiritual intentions.

Join Krista Lynn Eggering, Spiritual Facilitator and Jewelry Designer (www.kristalynndesigns.com) for this fun inspiring workshop. Each person will individually make a Mala Necklace using wood beads and semi precious stones), talk about the meaning of a Mala Necklace, the spiritual qualities of gemstones, mantras and healing techniques through the Mala. While beading, Krista will also guide participants through a reflective reading using the Doreen Virtue Healing With The Angels Oracle Cards.

Beautiful beads of spiritual quality will be provided to create your personal Mala necklace. Please bring a journal and pen if you wish to take notes.

Cost: $40/pp - wood kit (all supplies included) or upgrade to a semi precious stone kit for an additional $20.  Register Here
