All of us are capable of getting upside down (we sometimes just need a little bit of help)! The trick is to teach the body a new pattern of awareness so that we know where and what to engage.
This 2 hour workshop will teach you how to build strength through conditioning exercises to get upside down as well as little tricks to teach your body pattern for getting upside down! All levels are welcome, we will start with the foundations of our arm balances and move into our inversions of headstand, forearm stand, and handstand!
