The passive practice of yin yoga meets the ancient technique of acupuncture to create the ultimate reset for mind, body, and soul.
Meditative yin practice that allows for the deepest muscle and connective tissue to open up. This will be followed by an extra long savasana where specifically chosen acupuncture points will be used to harmonize our bodies with the change of season.
