Late-Cancel, Late Arrival & No-show Charges for
in-studio classes only (not for livestream)

While we are operating at limited capacity we absolutely must have a hard-core cancelation policy to keep our doors open. If clients book spots and cancel late or don’t show for any reason at all, they will be charged. (Sorry, we hate it too!)


You must cancel at least 3 hours before your any scheduled in-studio class or you will automatically be charged the following:

  • Unlimited Members: $10 Cancelation fee will be automatically charged to your credit card.    

  • Class Card/Drop-In Clients: Reserved class will be forfeited and cannot be used for a later time   

***Latecomers: sorry but we cannot accept latecomers! The door will be locked at class start time. If you arrive late it will be charged as a no-show. 


 

Practicing at HYR

Pre-Registration is Required for in-studio classes - With classes filling and having a waitlist, we need to be mindful of everyone’s schedule. Please be sure to pre-register for all in-studio classes. If you can no longer make it to class, please visit the “My Account” tab or use the Mindbody app to cancel your reservation.

Please come on time for class - pre-registration is only good until the class’s posted start time. At that time your spot may be given to a waitlisted student or staff member who waited to see if a spot opened up. It is best to come 5-10 minutes prior to class start time so you have time to get set up and settled on your mat.

Equipment for class - We have blocks and straps available for your use. Rental mats are now available for $5 - For all in-studio classes - Yoga mat required, large towel recommended, blocks optional but awesome. You can get these items cheap at target, 5-below and even walgreens. Some of our favorite premium brands are also available for purchase in the studio!

Cancellation FEES for In-Studio Classes: You must cancel no less than 2 hours before your scheduled class or you will be charged the following:
